PayJustNow can only withdraw the balance and pay it to your bank account, with money that has been credited to your wallet from a refund of an order. When a refund is processed, you will be notified about the refund. Log in to your Profile, and it will show you your wallet balance.
Please take note of the security measures we have in place for your protection and ours.
- You can only withdraw from your wallet after validating your identity in the app by taking a selfie.
- We can only transfer funds to your bank account
- We can only EFT a bank account number, not a bank card number.
- Once verified, we save your bank account number under your wallet for any future withdrawals.
Quick and easy steps to withdraw your wallet. (Bank account not yet verified)
- Tap on the "Withdraw From Wallet" button.
- Take a selfie.
- Select your bank.
- Enter your bank account number (Not the card number)
- Your first and last Name
- The type of account.
- Submit Request

If you have any issues with the selfie, simply start a live chat with our team to get the issue resolved. Please have a copy of your ID available to attach in the chat - or email support@payjustnow.com with the subject "Verify My Selfie" with a copy of your ID attached.
Account Holder Verification:
Once you tap on "Submit Request", the wallet balance will be withdrawn from your wallet balance.
Our system connects to our bank with your bank account number and your ID number to verify that the account details you gave us are valid and in your name.
If the account verification fails, we will email you requesting a bank confirmation letter.
- Should the information on the confirmation align with what you provided, we will proceed with manually processing your request.
- If the confirmation indicates any inaccuracies or an incorrect bank card number, we will credit your wallet so that you may begin the process anew, this time with the accurate details.

Did you know? You are able to use that wallet balance immediately to pay:
An instalment of an existing order
- The wallet balance can only settle an instalment on an existing order if the wallet balance is greater than our equal to the instalment amount.
To place a new order.
- You can use the whole wallet balance, or you can apply the balance to only the 1st instalment.
- If the wallet balance is less than the 1st instalment, you can select use wallet balance and the balance of the instalment will be debited from your bank card.
If your Wallet balance is from a FinChoice top-up, unfortunately, cash withdrawals are not possible due to banking regulations.
You can, however, return any unused funds to FinChoice to reduce the loan amount. For us to process this, we just need an email instruction from the email address linked to your PayJustNow profile, confirming that you'd like to send the top-up balance back to FinChoice. PayJustNow can only withdraw your bank account with money that has been credited to your wallet from a refund of an order.
