Why don't I get a statement or an invoice from PayJustNow

The transaction is between you and the merchant partner, where you made your purchase. This is where the VAT is charged, paid and recorded. 

Like your bank, PayJustNow is the payment facility. 

Unlike your bank, PayJustNow does not charge you any fees or interest. 

In future, for any new orders you place using us as the payment option, if you want to see your balance outstanding and when it is due, simply login to your profile and navigate to the "My Orders" section. For Past orders (fully paid) select "Order History".
